How long does delivery take?
Most UAE orders arrive within 2–3 business days from order confirmation, depending on location, courier availability and order volume.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free delivery on all orders over AED 199. Orders below that have a flat fee of AED 15.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door — available across all UAE emirates. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes — we ship to selected GCC countries. Standard GCC delivery is AED 49.99, with free GCC delivery on orders of AED 299 and above. Estimated delivery is usually 3–5 business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at 056 549 2976 and we'll guide you through it.
Are your toys safe for young children?
Age suitability varies by product. Always check the recommended age, product information and packaging warnings before use; some toys may contain small parts, batteries, magnets or other components that are not suitable for younger children.
Do you sell wholesale?
Absolutely. We supply retailers, schools, nurseries and more. Send us a wholesale enquiry on WhatsApp with the products and quantity you need and we'll quote you.
Can I visit your store in person?
Yes — we're at the Dubai Spice Souk, Al Ras, Dubai. Visit Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Get directions.
